Assessment Note
This tool gives you a practical snapshot of your habit foundation, strongest area, biggest roadblock, restart risk, and what habit to improve first.
Your Coach's Assessment: Your assessment suggests your strongest current area is Exercise, while your biggest opportunity is Weekend Nutrition. This is exactly why habit transformation matters. The goal is not to change everything at once. The goal is to identify the weak link, improve it with structure, and build consistency that survives real life.

How to Use Your Habit Assessment Results

Your score is not a judgment of your character, motivation, or potential. It is simply a snapshot of your current habits and behaviors. Many people who struggle with fitness and nutrition already know what they should be doing. The challenge is not usually a lack of knowledge. The challenge is consistently applying that knowledge when life becomes busy, stressful, inconvenient, or unpredictable.

As you review your results, pay special attention to your Biggest Roadblock and First Habit to Improve. These areas represent the greatest opportunity for progress. One of the most common mistakes people make is trying to change everything at once. They attempt to overhaul their exercise routine, nutrition, sleep, hydration, and daily schedule simultaneously. While the intention is good, this approach often creates overwhelm and leads to another restart.

Instead, focus on improving a single habit for the next one to two weeks. Once that habit becomes easier and more automatic, add another. Sustainable transformation is rarely the result of one massive decision. It is usually the result of hundreds of small decisions repeated consistently over time.

Your 90-Day Potential score illustrates what may be possible if you improve your weakest area and maintain that improvement. While no calculator can predict your future with certainty, it can help identify where your effort is likely to produce the greatest return. The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress, consistency, and building habits that continue working long after motivation fades.

The Course Preview section provides a glimpse into how Forge approaches behavior change. Rather than relying on willpower, extreme diets, or short-term challenges, the focus is on creating practical, repeatable habits that fit into real life. Long-term success is built through structure, awareness, planning, and consistency—not through perfection.
