- Billing information — processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; Forge does not store your full card number
- Coaching intake information — your goals, activity history, and any health context you choose to share so your coach can build a safe, effective plan
- Progress data you log — measurements, workouts, nutrition entries, and any photos you choose to upload through the Forge app (powered by ABC Trainerize)
- Anything you send us — messages, emails, or feedback you send to your coach or our team
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit:
- IP address and general (city/region-level) location — never precise GPS location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page, and the site or search engine that referred you
- Aggregate usage patterns we use to improve the Website's speed and content

- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) — aggregate site performance data
- Hosting & email providers — the infrastructure that keeps the Website and your communications running
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Legal Disclosures & Business Transfers
We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith it's necessary to comply with a law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Forge, our clients, or others. Opting Out of Communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link at the bottom of any message, or by emailing info@forgept.com. Service-related messages (like appointment reminders or billing notices) are separate and tied to your active coaching relationship.
Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings menu. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the Website function. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating networks through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.
State Privacy Rights (U.S. Residents)
If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others as they take effect), you may have the right to:

Forge coaches clients in more than 60 countries. If you're located outside the United States, please note that your information will be processed in the United States, where our servers and coaching platforms are based. If you're located somewhere with its own data protection law (for example, the UK or EU), you may have additional rights under that law — contact us at info@forgept.com to ask about them.
Keeping Your Information Secure
We treat your information the way we'd want ours treated — with real safeguards, not just a policy that says so.
Encrypted & Access-Controlled
Your information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and stored on servers accessible only to select Forge employees and contractors who need it to do their job.
PCI-Compliant Payments
Card and billing details are handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Forge does not store your full payment card number.
Ongoing Monitoring
We follow current industry-standard practices for protecting user data and review our safeguards as our tools and platforms evolve.
No System Is Perfect
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.
You share responsibility too — keep your account password and login details private, and let us know right away at info@forgept.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Not Intended for Anyone Under 18
Forge's services are built for adults. The Website is not directed at, and no part of it is designed to attract, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone we know to be under 18.
If we learn that we've collected information from someone under 18, we'll delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information can reach us at info@forgept.com to request its removal.
